About Melissa Meier

Melissa is a Small Business Financial Counsellor based in the Fraser Coast. She supports Wide Bay / Burnett businesses in the Fraser Coast, Bundaberg and surrounding areas.

Melissa grew up in Cooroy on the Sunshine Coast, where her family operated a small camping business. She knows firsthand the benefits and unique challenges of living in small communities.

In January 2021, Melissa relocated to the Fraser Coast with her husband and loves watching the whales and exploring the history of the area. 

With qualifications in accounting and social work, Melissa is passionate about sharing this knowledge with others whilst helping them on their own personal journey. She has previously owned and operated a small accounting practice and has experience in auditing multiple businesses to help identify business improvement opportunities.

Melissa has always been an active community member who is willing to lend a helping hand to those in need.

Melissa works with a team of Financial Counsellors located throughout Southern Queensland.
